As of December 15, 2021, due to unprecedented demand, orders may take up to 10 to 15 business days to ship. Please be patient with us as we work through this very challenging time. We hope to have the regular 1 to 2 business day shipping back very shortly. We are working overtime, evenings, holidays and weekends to get out your orders so that you can be protected during this holiday season.
We do not ship to PO Boxes; please email us at support@safetmed.ca to find a work-around.
We are currently offering free ground shipping to lower Canada on all mask orders over $100, but this offer may not last forever. Orders that don’t qualify for free shipping will be subject to $14.99 delivery fee. Unfortunately, customers in the Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut do not qualify for free shipping; please contact us at support@safetmed.ca for competitive shipping rates. Additional transit time may be required.
We don’t offer curbside local pickup. However, if you have an emergency, please contact us at support@safetmed.ca and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
Face masks and respirators are non-refundable and non-returnable. If you received the wrong item and would like an exchange, we require a photo of the items you received before processing the return merchandise authorization (RMA). Please email support@safetmed.ca and mention “wrong item”, or “defective item” in the subject. RMA may require a return of the item(s).
