Shipping
Standard shipping is typically delivered by Canada Post, Canpar, or Purolator. We try our best to use Canadian couriers.
Free Shipping (some exclusions apply)
We are proud to offer free shipping on orders over $100 to most locations in Canada and reserve the right to cancel free shipping on a case-by-case basis if the area is too remote.
Our free shipping policy is available to major Canadian cities with the exception of Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Newfoundland and PEI, and rural areas.
Free shipping is valid for ground service only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Due to extreme circumstances, we are no longer able to accept returns.
NO Mask Return Policy
Please note that due to health and safety reasons our 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to Face Masks. Face Masks are non-refundable and non-returnable.
If you received the wrong item and would like a refund/return, we require a photo of the items you received before processing the RMA (Return merchandise authorization). Please email care@safetmed.ca and mention “wrong item”, and or “Defect” in the subject.
Mask Colour Availability
Based on availability we reserve the right at the time of shipping if one colour is out stock to ship the other colour due to the extreme situation. Example if at the time of shipping black is out of stock we will ship white.
